Applying liquid organic fertilizer improved plant height and stover weight in shallots.
Cow manure positively affected multiple growth factors including weight of fresh stover and tuber yield.
The optimal combination was 20 ml liquid organic fertilizer and 15 tons/ha of cow manure.
Some outputs, like dry stover weight, remained unaffected by the treatments applied.
