In the context of the widespread use of personal computers in various fields, it seems logical to use cybernetic systems to optimize human activity. This is especially relevant in the context of healthcare, where the implementation of such solutions can significantly improve the quality of medical care and the interaction between different departments. Medical information systems act as a key tool to achieve these goals. This paper presents the concept of a clinical user support network that can be connected to a common IT infrastructure managed by a regulated operator, which will allow it to be integrated with other applications under certain conditions. A standard has been developed for the transfer of patient data of primary importance and requiring immediate processing. As part of the standard, it is recommended to use this network for all urgent applications and procedures. For security reasons, the network is isolated from other networks, since connecting to them, according to the standard, can create unpredictable risks. Moreover, the regulatory document establishes the continuous operation of the network, ensuring a minimum amount of downtime – no more than a few minutes per year.
