This research aims to analyze law enforcement against investment embezzlement in Gorontalo and examine the inhibiting factors. Using empirical legal research method with qualitative approach, data is obtained through observation, interview, and documentation study. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the subject and object of research. The results showed that law enforcement by Gorontalo City Resort Police has been in accordance with applicable regulations. However, there are several obstacles in law enforcement, including personnel factors, evidence, witnesses, and suspect absence
