This perspective calls for a transformative acceleration of tissue-agnostic drug development from today’s 10 approvals to 50 to 100 within 25 years to eliminate therapeutic inequities and ensure every patient receives the right therapy based on their tumor’s molecular identity, not anatomic accident.
