This analysis finds potential for improved employability in students through digital health technologies, suggesting strategic planning is essential.
In this paper, we discuss how digital health management technologies can be integrated into vocational health and wellness programs and demonstrate how they have the potential to modernize education and enhance students' employability. The healthcare sector is increasingly relying on digital devices such as wearable accessories, medical apps, and statistical software, so vocational schools must equip their students with the skills needed to thrive in a tech-driven environment. This study examines the current state of health and wellness education, the challenges of integrating digital health technologies, and the potential benefits such as enhanced hands-on training, more engaging learning methods, and interdisciplinary approaches. The paper identifies infrastructure and teacher adaptation challenges, but suggests that strategic planning, investment in materials, and professional development for teachers could address these issues. Ultimately, through digitally-enabled health management, vocational education can be reshaped to better prepare students for the healthcare professionals of tomorrow.
