Quantitative analysis shows temperature differences impact hydrostatic test data for long tube trailer gas cylinders, indicating compliance with standards.
According to the field practice of the hydraulic test system of long tube trailer gas cylinder in water jacket method in China, this paper quantitatively studies and analyzes the influence of temperature difference between inside and outside of test unit system on test data by combining theoretical calculation with test data, and verifies the applicability of GB/T 9251-2022 to the hydraulic test of long tube trailer gas cylinder. Research analysis shows: The relative deviation of maximum volume total deformation caused by the temperature difference between jacket water temperature and ambient temperature is 0.7%; When the temperature difference between jacket water temperature and test bottle water temperature is no more than 2℃, the relative deviation of volume total deformation is no more than 0.67%; When the temperature difference between the jacket water temperature and the tested bottle water temperature is not more than 2℃, and the temperature difference between the jacket water temperature and the ambient temperature is not more than 5℃, the relative deviation of the total deformation of the tested bottle volume is not more than 0.84%. All of them meet the requirement that the total relative deviation of GB/T 9251-2022 does not exceed 1%. That is, the standard is suitable for hydraulic test of long tube trailer gas cylinder in water jacket method.
