Quantitative analysis shows corporate risk disclosure has no impact on company value in infrastructure firms, with foreign ownership not moderating effects.
Research Objectives: This study aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Risk Disclosure on Company Value, with foreign ownership as a moderation variable. CRD measurement is carried out through 12 risk disclosure indicators, including liquidity, market, and credit risks. The secondary data used comes from the knowledge reports of infrastructure companies listed on the IDX 2019 - 2023. Design/methodology/approach: This research method adopts a quantitative approach using panel data. Hypothesis testing is carried out through descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample of 37 infrastructure companies was obtained using the purposive sampling method. Research Findings: The results of the test using linear regression showed that CRD had no effect on the Company's Value. Foreign Ownership does not moderate the influence of CRD on Company Value. Theoretical contribution/originality: This study contributes by presenting an in-depth analysis of the specific influence of CRD on Corporate Value in the context of infrastructure companies. The findings provide a more comprehensive understanding of the complex influence between CRD, foreign ownership, and corporate value. Limitations and implications of the study: Limitations in this study include the focus on infrastructure companies and the limited observation time span. Follow-up research is recommended to extend the study period on infrastructure companies and add other relevant variables to explain the value of infrastructure companies more comprehensively.
