The protocol constrains mappings by observer vectors, priority stacks, and layer semantics, yielding a structured correspondence (not strict isomorphism). This clarifies how effective descriptions (fields, geometry, information) align across layer transitions and how kernel-level logic governs Observer-dependent mapping.
