Patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) can experience significant impact on quality of life, however little is known about the impact on sexual health. In this mixed methods study of a cohort of patients with CTCL, a substantial portion met criteria for sexual dysfunction. In qualitative interviews, patients expressed experiencing impact on sexual health across multiple domains, including physical, emotional, and social.
