This scoping review examines lung cancer screening outcomes in China, highlighting eligibility criteria and gender disparities.
This review aims to characterise organised LDCT lung cancer screening programmes implemented in Chinese populations. Specifically, we will summarise programme-level outcomes (for instance, uptake and detection rate), map eligibility criteria (age, smoking status and gender) and guidelines applied, and synthesise evidence by key subgroups, with emphasis on disaggregated outcomes among never-smoking females.
