Case report demonstrates successful endovascular intervention for complex aortic aneurysms in two patients, suggesting effective management despite challenges.
Coarctation of the aorta can lead to severe complications, including heart failure and stroke. Postcoarctation aneurysms, although less common, present significant clinical challenges due to their complex anatomy. This report details the management of two cases involving postcoarctation aneurysms: a 15-year-old female with multiple aneurysmal sacs and a 22-year-old male with a type B aortic dissection. Despite technical challenges in navigating the complex vascular anatomy during endovascular intervention, both procedures were successful, resulting in reduced aortic pressure gradient.
