We read with great pleasure the article by Bonnekoh et al., published in the British Journal of Dermatology. This article opens a new path to a better understanding of the urticaria pathophysiology and the possible clinical implications of measuring auto-IgG or auto-IgE in CSU patients. Based on their conclusions, we want to discuss two aspects that may deserve further consideration.
