Expert methods evaluate project prioritization in innovation portfolios, suggesting improved decision-making for investments.
The paper suggests expert assessment methods for prioritization based on the example of innovation portfolio projects. An example of the operational use of the expert method in making a decision on the choice of an investment object from the proposed portfolio of business projects is considered. An operational method for determining the priority of projects without taking into account the significance (weight) of the evaluation criteria is proposed. A method using a weighted assessment of investment project preferences is considered to obtain an integral assessment of the estimated effectiveness of the proposed projects.
