This study presents a pilot evaluation of The Concert Therapy, an arts-based wellbeing session that integrates calming live music, guided breathing with gentle movement, and uplifting music. Conducted with both in-person and online cohorts, the intervention aimed to reduce perceived stress in a community context. Findings showed significant short term reductions in stress and high acceptability across participants, with no adverse events. The study highlights the potential value of accessible, non-clinical, music based approaches for supporting community well-being and provides preliminary evidence to inform future controlled research.
