A Fe–Ni dual-atom catalyst on a density-difference carbon support enables durable oxygen electrocatalysis (100 000 ORR cycles; 240 h OER). The resulting Zn–air battery achieves a 212 mW cm −2 peak power density and 560-hour cycling stability.
