The Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Library in Singapore plays an active role in the institutional open science landscape. A recent on-going project involves partnering with various research offices on campus to incorporate research data governance and security needs into the university’s Data Management Plan (DMP) template to enable research teams to plan for FAIRER data. This means that the data will not only be Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable but also Ethical and Responsible. Additionally, the Library initiates and brings together local universities to co-organise the biennial Singapore Open Research Conference and Awards. This presentation will share the Library’s role as a catalyst, drawing on our engagements with researchers individually, collaborating with stakeholder departments institutionally, and partnering with other research institutions nationally.
