This paper introduces the Qindra Core Fundamental Resonance Framework, proposing planetary resonance as a universal generator of patterns across celestial bodies. The framework explains how rotational, orbital, tidal, and magnetic frequencies couple to produce stable geometric and energetic structures observable from crop formations to cloud bands on gas giants. Using a multi-layer resonance model (ICQER), the paper identifies how energy flows, feedback systems, and harmonic locks create predictable morphologies across planets. This work forms the foundational theory for the “Planetary Resonance as a Universal Pattern Generator” series and establishes definitions, classification levels, and the baseline geometry required for future papers.
