We propose a hybrid quantum platform combining laser-cooled 133Cs atoms with a weakly ionized cesium plasma. The plasma provides controllable electron density (10⁸–10¹¹ cm⁻³) and micro-electric fields, enabling fast switching of Rydberg blockade and long-range dipole-dipole interactions. Coherent two-qubit gates and entanglement generation between distant cesium atoms are theoretically demonstrated. This plasma-mediated approach offers a new scalable route for distributed quantum information processing in noisy environments.
