Teaching classical languages, especially Latin, has progressively benefited from Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT), whose didactic potential has been explored for decades. In this paper, we propose reflecting on the pedagogical use of the Divus Magister Craft channel, hosted on the YouTube platform, as a complementary resource in the Latin language teaching-learning process aimed at the Brazilian classicist public. The proposal is anchored in the assumptions of Latin didactics (Fortes; Prata, 2012; Leite; Castro, 2014; Ferreira, 2017; Dantas; Silva, 2021) and the contributions on multimodality and the integration of DICT into language teaching (Rojo, 2013; Paiva, 2019). Methodologically, the work is based on selecting scripts and videos from the channel to propose activities and linguistic-cultural strategies. The visual and storytelling setting of a gamified universe as popular as the Minecraft world favors bringing students closer to the grammatical and cultural content of the classical tradition and makes this an innovative and effective tool for teaching Latin.
