Panorama: The postoperative period following surgeries such as hysterectomy and myomectomy by videolaparoscopy can cause pain, postural changes, and functional limitations, requiring specific physiotherapy interventions. The Hypopressive Method (HM) shows potential to optimize functional recovery. Aims: To analyze the effectiveness of HM in the immediate and late postoperative period of minimally invasive gynecological surgeries. Method: Experimental, quantitative, and longitudinal study with women aged 18 to 45 years undergoing the hypopressive protocol for four weeks, with two weekly sessions, evaluating pain, bowel movements, comfort, and well-being using customized instruments. Results: There was a significant improvement in most variables, highlighting the method's potential for early recovery. Conclusion: The originality of the study lies in the immediate application of the method in the postoperative period, contributing to the advancement of evidence-based physiotherapy practice and filling a scientific gap regarding the use of the Hypopressive Method in this clinical context.
