A speculative phenomenological model is proposed in which microscopic geometric and topological properties of a scalar condensate influence the initial conditions of Affleck–Dine (AD) spontaneous baryogenesis. In particular, we consider the possibility that discrete (hexagonal) and aperiodic geometric structures fix a non-zero initial phase θ₀ = arg(Φ) of a flat direction, without directly generating baryon asymmetry, but instead setting the conditions for its subsequent preservation.
