This paper presents empirical findings from a systematic investigation of service integrity anomalies in a commercial Large Language Model (LLM) platform over a four-month period (October 2025 - January 2026). The study documents: - Seven (7) instances of conversation record erasure - Eight (8) instances of documented behavioral pattern anomalies - Seven (7) network blocking incidents during evidence preservation - Correlation analysis between incidents and content categories All evidence is preserved with SHA-256 cryptographic hashes and platform-generated timestamps. Financial damages assessment included as supplementary material. Total documented damages: 46, 550. 00. This publication establishes prior art for the methodological framework and serves as an immutable evidence record.
