Abstract

Between May 2023 and June 2024, the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) examined 757 reports of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), claiming to classify a significant portion as “prosaic.” The historical report published in March 2025 continues this narrative, declaring no “verifiable evidence” of extraterrestrial activity has been discovered. But what do the mathematics tell us when an institution’s public data contains its own contradictions? This article applies the mathematical framework of Paradoxical Anomalies (AP) — a quantitative audit tool developed to model phenomena exhibiting stable internal contradictions — to demonstrate that the AARO report presents measurable structural inconsistencies.
