Population

30 patients aged ≥20 years with demonstrated systolic/diastolic blood pressure (SBP/DBP) ≥140/90 mmHg during bevacizumab (Bev) therapy for colorectal cancer. Excluded: history of antihypertensive medication use within 3 months, history of diabetes, serious cardiovascular disease, or eGFR <30 ml/min/1.73 m2.

Intervention

Azilsartan at standard doses for 18 weeks (with dose adjustment or addition of amlodipine allowed after week 6 based on clinical course).

Comparator
