ABSTRACT The genus Cellulomonas comprises aerobic, Gram-positive, rod-shaped bacteria commonly present in the soil and aquatic environments. Herein, we report the isolation of Cellulomonas sp. GTC20042 from human bile and the complete genome sequence of this strain, consisting of a 4,145,753-bp circular chromosome.
