This research proposal introduces 'Project Chronos-Vision', a theoretical framework designed for the retrospective retrieval of visual data from deep space. The core hypothesis is that light photons reflected from past historical events continue to propagate through the cosmos and can be intercepted. By utilizing 'Inverse Spatiotemporal Tracking' to calculate Earth's previous coordinates and 'Quantum Pattern Matching' to filter specific photonic signatures against reference artifacts, we can theoretically reconstruct high-fidelity 3D visual data of the past. This document outlines the scientific pillars, technical architecture (Satellite Swarms), and the economic viability of turning the universe into a retrievable data storage medium."
