Sjögren’s syndrome is a systemic autoimmune condition characterized by immune-mediated glandular dysfunction, prominent fatigue, pain, cognitive complaints, and widespread regulatory symptoms. Despite increasing biological insight, therapeutic progress has been limited. This paper presents a conceptual interpretation of Sjögren’s syndrome as a long-term systems transition from a Universal Resonance Model (URM) perspective. Disease dynamics are described in terms of declining resilience, maladaptive resonance between neuro, immune, endocrine, and glandular loops, phase shifts from functional dysregulation to structural impairment, and eventual consolidation into chronic low-plasticity states. Biomarkers and functional measures are interpreted as phase markers and instability signals rather than static disease labels, and therapeutic effects are viewed as inherently phase-dependent and timing-sensitive. Conceptual framework only; no new experimental, clinical, or epidemiological data are included.
