Version 6.4.2 consolidates the super-barrier framework developed across Versions 6.3–6.4.1 into a stabilized diagnostic landscape for barrier-governed dynamics. We formalize a landscape climatology for admissible energy regimes, introduce regime diagnostics invariant under diffeomorphic deformation, and refine adaptive annealing calendars governing tightening dynamics under observed feedback. This version integrates erosion, puncture, and energy-well statistics into a unified operational layer, clarifying barrier decay, replenishment, and self-correcting control. The results complete the terminal consolidation phase of the 6.x series, preparing a clean conceptual transition to higher-order super-barrier transport and cascade phenomena developed in Version 6.5. This work was developed through sustained human–AI collaboration between the author and ChatGPT (OpenAI), with ChatGPT serving as a sustained mathematical dialogue partner in conceptual development, abstraction, structural synthesis, and editorial refinement. All mathematical claims, interpretations, and formal responsibility remain with the human author.
