We present a minimal design note for AI systems with two explicitly separated objectives: a global normative baseline and a user-specific reference frame. Rather than synchronizing these objectives into a single decision function, we describe a non-synchronized structure in which both outputs are computed independently and exposed without enforced reconciliation. This note is descriptive and architectural; it does not prescribe normative priorities or claim optimality.
