Relaxation-Driven Cyclic Cosmology with Higgs Fusion: A Unified Framework for a Dualistic Eternal Universe This preprint proposes a conceptual fusion between Relaxation-Driven Cyclic Cosmology (RDCC) and the Higgs mechanism of the Standard Model. RDCC describes an eternal, timeless, CPT-symmetric global universe in which apparent cosmic evolution and cyclicity emerge solely through sectoral projections induced by a small asymmetry parameter ε. By identifying the RDCC complex scalar field Φ with the Higgs scalar, ε is reinterpreted as a cosmological echo of the Higgs spontaneous symmetry breaking — a subtle structural tilt that preserves global CPT symmetry while generating sectoral relaxation, dark energy, and dualities across physical scales. The framework remains strictly minimal: no new fields, no modified gravity, no exotic mechanisms. The linear tilt term ε is interpreted in an effective field theory sense, consistent below a high-energy cutoff. The identification is conceptual and effective; cosmological dynamics of Φ are not assumed to occur at electroweak energies. The fusion provides a natural bridge between particle physics symmetry breaking and cosmological structure, offering a unified explanation for dualistic features from the particle to the cosmic scale. Dark energy arises as a slow relaxation in the tilted potential, while conjugate sectors with opposite time arrows account for observed asymmetries. This work emphasizes structural coherence, ontological minimalism, and interpretative depth over phenomenological fitting. It invites further exploration of the interplay between microscopic symmetry breaking and macroscopic cyclicity in an eternal universe.
