Over a decade after the discovery of cosmic acceleration, new anoma-lies have emerged: a 4.2σ late-time tension in DESI Year-3 data, andthe JWST detection of overmassive black-hole seeds at z > 10. Wepropose Cosmothermodynamics (CTD), in which the Friedmann equa-tion gains an information-processing term. Metric expansion is inter-preted as the thermodynamic cost of rendering quantum state vectors. We introduce the Information-Friedmann Equation, define InformationSinks as primordial metric collapses, and derive five falsifiable predic-tions for 2026–2030, including r ≈ 0.002 and H0 = 71.4 km/s/Mpc.
