Description This record publishes Cloud Reference Admission Boundary (CRAB) — a strictly non-operational, non-service reference artifact. CRAB fixes a single architectural fact: Execution of a system-significant action is impossible without an external admission anchor. The artifact does not process real data, does not execute business logic, does not make decisions, and does not provide any operational control. It exists solely to demonstrate a pre-execution admission boundary as an architectural constraint. CRAB is provided as a fixed, reproducible reference object, packaged together with cryptographic hashes that bind the artifact to an immutable state. Any modification constitutes a different artifact and requires a new fixation.
