Trialgebra introduces a minimal third irreducible state, ∅ (flux), representing active transition rather than uncertainty. The three operational states — aligned (1), opposed (0), and flux (∅) — function as phase positions within a rotational logic engine, not as numerical or truth values. Logic is treated as motion, not evaluation. Across four canonical modules, Trialgebra formalizes trinary necessity through geometric enclosure, rotational stability, three-axis preservation, and the law of return. It reframes paradox as phase location, contradiction as diagnostic, probability as unresolved return, and failure as coherence drift. The work defines emission, resonance, and return as the only lawful closure loop capable of producing memory, awareness, and structural persistence. Trialgebra is shown to be the logical foundation required by Modular Physics, Cymathic Algebra, Evah’thm, and the Genesis Matrix.
