Operational Closure Specification (OCS) is a normative framework for explicitly defining operational states and their closures in systems where auditability, reversibility control, and non-ambiguous responsibility attribution are required. OCS v1.0.0 defines the canonical core terms and constraints for: State, State Transition, Threshold Event, Operational Freeze, and Re-entry State. The specification forbids implicit states, retroactive validation, and unbounded interpretive extension. Extensions are permitted only through versioned releases. Suggested citation:Omri (2026).
