Abstract Introduction: Breast lumps are very common, with 60-80% being benign while Breast cancer is second most common cancer all over the world and is one of the leading cancers among women. It has high prevalence rate in developed as well as developing nations. Discussion: This study aims to generate a comprehensive, real-world profile of women presenting with breast lumps in a resource-constrained setting and to determine how socioeconomic position shapes the clinical journey from first symptom to early outcomes
