This paper presents the Reserved Pathway Hypothesis (RPH), a conceptual framework redefining photon propagation as a non-local field event. We posit that light is not a ballistic traveler but an excitation of a pre-determined spatial reservation. We introduce the Pathway Reservation Constant 0.6ψ as the threshold for field activation.
