Conceptual positioning of a framework addressing commitment in organizations under uncertainty, suggesting a new approach.
This publication presents the foundational conceptual positioning of Risk-Driven Management (RDM), an original management framework developed to address how organisations form, govern, and sustain commitment under conditions of uncertainty. The paper establishes the problem space RDM addresses across strategic, leadership, operational, and delivery contexts, and positions RDM as a coherent, enterprise-wide framework rather than a domain-specific methodology. Formal definitions, semantic rules, and procedural methods that constitute the operational core of RDM are intentionally excluded from this publication and are addressed separately within controlled instructional or contractual materials. This deposit is intended to establish prior art, authorship, and conceptual scope.
