Women's stress management strategies include utilizing social support networks, exercising regularly, practicing breathing exercises and meditation to stay present, eating healthily and paying attention to sleep patterns, pursuing hobbies, managing time effectively, and seeking professional support when needed; these strategies generally aim to improve quality of life and reduce the negative effects of stress. Today, as women cope with a multitude of responsibilities in their lives, stress has become an inevitable part of their lives. Work, family, social relationships, and many other factors can put women under pressure from time to time. At this point, it is critical for women to manage this stress in their lives in order to lead a healthy life and improve their quality of life. The main target of the study is to search this problem based on literature content, and researches. The method of the research id comparative critical content analyzes. While there are many different strategies for coping with stress, meditation and stress management techniques can be particularly helpful for women in dealing with these challenges. In this article, we will focus on stress management and other techniques for women. We will examine how these techniques can bring balance to women's lives and how it is an effective tool for coping with stress.
