This work presents a thermodynamically consistent unified black-white hole model. Infalling matter information is preserved through microstate encoding and released with efficiency = ln Nₒbj /ln Nₜhermal. The model resolves white-hole second-law violation while maintaining unitarity across local and external observer frames.
