Abstract Penile fracture with urethral injury is an extremely rare condition that requires prompt surgical intervention. It is a dilemma for urologist when patient presents after long period with complications. Here, we report a case of penile fracture with urethral injury in a 31-year-old male, which was managed surgically after 7 months. Three months after surgery he had good flow of urine and preserved erection with satisfactory sexual intercourse.
