Title: Observational Confirmation of Primordial WCI Scaffolding: From Bare Geometric Nodes to Seeded Galaxies Description/Abstract: This paper provides the first systematic observational evidence for the Weyl Curvature Imprint (WCI) Framework [Bertran 2025, doi:15270535], demonstrating that cosmic structures are seeded by topological "scars" frozen into the spacetime metric during the early universe. By analyzing recent JWST, ALMA, and spectroscopic data, we identify a clear evolutionary sequence of WCI imprints that resolves the "efficiency tension" in early galaxy formation without the need for Dark Matter. Two primary stages are documented: Bare WCI Nodes (The Case of Little Red Dots): We analyze the host-less, massive point-source detected at $z=7.66$ by Juodžbalis et al. (2025). We demonstrate that the observed 5 × 10⁷ M_ dynamical mass, characterized by a pure Keplerian rotation curve and a lack of X-ray emission, is the direct signature of a Bare Geometric Node. This represents the "geometric skeleton" of the universe before baryonic accretion or stellar enrichment. Seeded Galaxies (The Case of Capotauro): We summarize the findings on Capotauro [Bertran 2026, doi:18331317], an extreme F356W-dropout at z ~ 32. This object represents a WCI node that has successfully captured primordial gas, forming a mature galaxy at a timescale that defies hierarchical ΛCDM growth but perfectly matches the WCI Primordial Scaffolding prediction. This work confirms that the Jussà-Vila Ansatz—governed by Geometric Inertia—provides a superior fit for the mass-to-light ratios and formation speeds of high-redshift objects. We conclude that the universe is not dominated by invisible particles, but guided by a primordial geometric template etched into the fabric of spacetime.
