This manuscript (Version 1) establishes the fundamental theoretical framework for a Gamma-Ray Laser (Graser) based on the substitution of heavy leptons (tauons) in high-Z nuclei. We provide the analytical derivation of Geometric Linearization—the topological transition of the interaction potential from Coulombic to Harmonic (r²) within the nucleus of Lead-208. Key Result: We predict an isochronous resonance at 2.92 MeV with a gain efficiency of approx 4.85, overcoming the tauonic decay threshold. Note: This version contains the full mathematical derivation and theoretical discussion. Version 2 (forthcoming today) will incorporate the high-resolution multi-physics simulation plots and isotopic sweep data.
