Coherential Supremacy: Ontological Foundations of Radial Coherential Dynamics

This work presents the ontological and conceptual foundations of the Radial Coherential Dynamics (RCD) research program. The text introduces the core notions of coherence, persistence, information loss, and emergent structure that motivate subsequent technical developments. It is intended as a foundational document defining the conceptual scope and guiding principles of the program, rather than as a presentation of formal derivations or experimental results. Mathematical formulations, falsifiable predictions, and phenomenological validations are developed in later volumes and associated papers. This work serves to establish the initial conceptual framework from which those results emerge.
