The purpose of the work is a comprehensive study of V.Y. Kikot's scientific works, as well as research and scientific articles dealing with the issues of professional training of cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia the framework of educational and service activities. Taking into account the geopolitical situation the increase in certain requirements for a police officer, it is the educational organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia that is modernizing the methodological base of educational work, which is aimed at the entire staff of the university. The methods of scientific and pedagogical, theoretical and practical, comparative analysis were applied. The research materials were pedagogical and scientific works, regulatory legal documents reflecting the development, specifics and content of professional training of cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The key ideas and problems of the development of the communicative and professional sphere are identified, methods, forms and means of improving the professional training of the variable staff of the educational organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are outlined. The reasons and disadvantages of the low qualified training of cadets and trainees of the educational organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the implementation of professional activities have identified. Prospects for further research of the problem the context of studying scientific and practical experience the field of professional training of law enforcement officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are outlined.
