Cardiovascular disease has become a major public health problem that seriously threatens people's health and social development. Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty, especially the clinical application of drug-eluting stents (DES), is the most common and important treatment for patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction. However, DES still faces great challenges and some side effects. More importantly, there is still a lack of effective biomarkers to determine the progression of restenosis after stent implantation. Studies have shown that MicroRNAs play an important role in cardiovascular diseases and are potential research targets. This project collected the blood of patients with post-stent restenosis, screened and detected the expression of human whole gene expression profile technology, and screened the published literature of gene chip, RNA-seq and related MicroRNAs in coronary artery disease restenosis and intimal hyperplasia after stent implantation. To find effective biomarkers to judge the progression of restenosis after stent implantation, in order to provide an important clinical basis for finding therapeutic targets for the prevention and treatment of diseases related to intimal hyperplasia.
