Proposes a reporting interface for quality control in phase-time metrology, indicating consistency across techniques.
We propose a minimal, executable reporting interface for cross-domain quality control in phase–time metrology as a machine-auditable consistency test: a deterministic PASS/FAIL closure outcome between independent channels referring to the same stationary lapse/redshift quantity. Comparisons across techniques often fail not because of insufficient precision, but because results are expressed in different observables, units, and sign/orientation conventions. The interface maps technique-specific observables into a common, dimensionless variable and enforces explicit per-record declarations of the source value with its uncertainty, a deterministic mapping rule, and sign/unit/orientation conventions. Computations are therefore performed without refitting and without manual intervention, and the outcome is reported as the closure residual , the total uncertainty , and the standardized score . We demonstrate executability on nine literature cases spanning five channel classes (clocks–gravity, optical-fiber transfer, TWSTFT, expected-zero loops, and matter-wave interferometry), and include negative controls in which declared conventions or uncertainty budgets are intentionally violated, yielding controlled FAIL outcomes. Full provenance and mapping rules are released with a public reproducer that regenerates the figure and results table directly from deposited CSV inputs. The proposed format provides an interoperability and auditing layer that scales to metrology networks and automated quality-control dashboards for phase–time systems.
