This technical note proposes a regime-based interpretation of collective luminescence phenomena such as superradiance and superfluorescence. Rather than treating the emission burst as the cause of collective synchronization, the burst is interpreted as the observable consequence of the collapse of a highly compressed collective regime. The approach does not introduce new physical interactions or microscopic models, but provides a structural perspective that clarifies the threshold-like and abrupt character of collective emission across different systems and implementations.
