Abstract Jackfruit allergies have been rarely reported in the literature. In this case series, three case reports of jackfruit allergy in British Columbia, Canada are presented. All three patients also had a history of food pollen allergy syndrome to birch related foods. With increasing global trade and immigration, jackfruit will become more popular in non-endemic areas. As birch is a major pollen in North America, we could expect more reported jackfruit allergy in the future.
