This work addresses a long-standing interpretative tension in contemporary theoretical discourse: the tendency to treat horizon-like phenomena as intrinsically physical, rather than as manifestations of deeper structural constraints. Instead of proposing a new physical model or mechanism, the paper deliberately steps back and asks a more fundamental question: what can be said about horizon behavior before gravity, spacetime, and dynamics are introduced at all? Working strictly within the GRM™ axiomatic framework, the analysis isolates a class of admissible state configurations characterized by horizontal asymmetry of admissibility and stabilized loss of backward reachability. These configurations are shown to exhibit horizon-like limits as purely structural features, describable without reference to physical law, geometry, or temporal evolution. No assumptions are made about realization processes, causal mechanisms, or empirical instantiation. The notion of a “black hole” appears here only at the interpretative level, as an external point of reference. The work neither explains nor replaces existing physical theories. Instead, it clarifies which aspects of horizon behavior arise from structural necessity and which belong to subsequent layers of interpretation. In doing so, it exposes how much of what is commonly treated as physical may, in fact, be pre-physical. This paper is intentionally narrow in scope and high in discipline. It introduces no new axioms, no dynamics, and no speculative claims. Its purpose is methodological: to sharpen the boundary between axiomatic structure and interpretative habit.
