This exploration derives a mechanical definition of Planck's constant using vacuum properties, suggesting a new perspective in physics.
Standard Quantum Mechanics treats Planck’s constant (ℏ) as a fundamental, immutable scalar defining the granularity of phase space. Simultaneously, the Standard Model of Cosmology (ΛCDM) treats the vacuum as a perfect, inviscid fluid. This paper unifies these two disparate frameworks by applying the Viscoelastic Constitutive Law of the Deus Cosmological Model (DCM) to the microscopic regime. We demonstrate that the Schr¨odinger Equation is formally equivalent to the diffusion limit of the Kelvin-Voigt wave equation for a medium with non-zero viscosity. Through a small-perturbation analysis of the vacuum lattice, we derive an explicit mechanical definition for the quantum of action.
